Did you know that nearly all aspects of the
Club's day-to-day operations are handled by volunteer members? It's
true - the only paid positions are our lifeguards! And the "to do" list never stops growing. It's not hard to do
your part - there are tasks for everyone, and there is likely one
you'll enjoy (or at least not despise) doing! Please be sure to click the link below to find out more about how you can help! Or...just sign up now! :)
Many members have indicated on their application
that they would like to help, so please review the following list and
donate time as you can. Whether that’s offering to do one chore one
time, offering several days scheduled through the summer for different
tasks, or volunteering to take over one chore completely. Whatever you
can do is greatly appreciated!
DAILY TASKS
Operating the Tiki Hut for 15 minutes at a time (adults over 21, please)
Opening and Closing the Grounds
WEEKLY TASKS
Cleaning the restrooms
Cutting the grass (we have a riding mower)
Weedwhacking and other Grounds maintenance
Using the leaf blower on the pool deck and sidewalks
SOCIAL EVENTS Jeff Sherard and Jordan Sandlin organize all of our spectacular social events and often needs help setting up, decorating, prepping food, cooking side dishes, grilling, etc.
DONATE YOUR DISCARDS
Anytime you feel the need to spring clean and come across extra yard tools (in good working order, please!) and kitchen items such as serving bowls, utensils, tablecloths, etc. please donate them to the Club! We always need these items. Current needs include a gas-powered leaf blower, and a small refrigerator for the pool deck. If you happen to have any of these items you're not currently using, we'll be happy to help you declutter! We would like to post who has volunteered for a specific job on the club website calendar so everyone is informed and can see when help is needed. If you would like to volunteer please click here to get in touch. Thanks for your support! Shelley Belknap Northcrest Volunteer Coordinator
